In 1990, OEC pioneered the development of the Seamex® sleeve and made it a commercially viable product. A unique manufacturing process bonds photopolymer plates to cylindrical sleeves in a multitude of sizes and diameters to match press cylinder requirements. The final product eliminates any sign of a plate break. Now completely digital, OEC’s ITR Seamex® sleeves are the industry standard.

OEC Graphics is the industry-leading offset coating plate and blanket converting service in North America. Our goal is to provide converters with a product that lowers press downtime by achieving a complete coating tower makeready in five minutes or less. OEC also guarantees same day turnaround on jobs originating from customer supplied electronic files.

The OEC Appleton location has been operating as a corrugated prepress facility since 1949. Corrugate customers are now serviced out of our Appleton, WI and Willowbrook, IL locations. Producing both sheet and liquid photopolymer plates, OEC supplies converters, manufacturers and distributors from our technologically advanced corrugated facilities.
